Patricia Fregoso-Cox is Regional Vice President of Communications. Patricia is responsible for the region's media relations, public affairs, employee communications and original programming initiatives.

Patricia celebrates more than 27 years of cable experience in the areas of operations, customer service, production and public affairs. Prior to holding the position of Regional Vice President of Communications, Patricia served as Vice President of Government and Community Affairs for Time Warner Cable's L.A. North Division. Patricia is accredited for successfully leading the division through city franchise negotiations during the Adelphia-Comcast integration.

Patricia attended Chico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She is an active member of our community and sits on YMCA, Antelope Valley Board of Trade, and the Lancaster Performance Arts Center boards. She and her husband Ed reside in Quartz Hill are the proud parents of two sons -- Brad and Travis.
