Debi Picciolo is President of Residential Services for Time Warner Cable West Region. In her new role, Debi is responsible for operations in Los Angeles and San Diego divisions, as well as sales and marketing and regional customer care/IT.

Debi has more than 22 years of operational experience in the cable industry. Most recently as Division President, she successfully led the North Division through the company integration in 2006 and its numerous operational challenges.

Her distinguished career includes serving as Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast in Southern California; Vice President of Operations for Northern and Southern California Systems; Vice President / General Manager of Greater Los Angeles; and Vice President of Customer Operations, responsible for call center operations, sales, marketing and information services.

Debi attended the University of California Los Angeles and is a proud graduate of CTAM University through Northwestern University. She resides in Northridge, California and is an active community volunteer through several nonprofit organizations including the National Charity League.
