Clarence Caldwell is President, Network Operations and Engineering for Time Warner Cable West Region. In this capacity, Clarence is responsible for all aspects of engineering and network operations in the region, which includes the broadband, fiber and switching infrastructure that supports TWC's phone, high speed Internet and advanced video services for residential and commercial customers.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Clarence held leadership positions in engineering at Cox Communications, AT&T Broadband and US West. With more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry, he celebrates a long list of professional accomplishments including the completion of cable network upgrades; the launch of AT&T Broadband's data products and services nationwide; and the implementation of a self-reliant data network for Cox's Internet platform.

Clarence earned a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management, both from City University of Washington State. He resides in Redondo Beach, where he enjoys playing chess and golf in his spare time, and has one daughter, Aisha, attending medical school at Chicago University.
