Fred Pappalardo is Regional Vice President of Finance for Time Warner Cable West Region. In this role, Fred leads the region's financial operations including accounting, financial planning and reporting.

Prior to joining the West Region, Fred served Time Warner Cable New England Division, where he oversaw field installation and service departments, and the integration of acquired Adelphia systems in Maine and New Hampshire. He has held numerous leadership positions within TWC since 1995 including serving as VP Finance for the Company's Syracuse Division, VP and Assistant Controller for TWC corporate, VP Corporate Development Group, and VP Business Planning and Strategy.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Fred spent nine years at Price Waterhouse, during which he was assigned to their offices in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and domestically in Syracuse, NY and Boston, MA. He is a member of CTAM and a past Chairman of the NCTA Finance and Operations Committee. Fred earned is Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Management from Alfred University in Alfred, New York.
