Kim Congdon is Regional Vice President, Human Resources for Time Warner Cable West Region. Kim has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Throughout her career, Kim has excelled in corporations going through organizational transformation and/or rapid growth. In her current role, Kim is responsible for the effective management of all Human Resources functions including, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and diversity and outreach programs. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, she held leadership positions at Comcast, Sony Pictures and Ortel Corporation.

A native of New England, Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts and is a graduate of the Anderson School of Business Advanced Human Resources Management program.

Kim is active in the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) as well as Human Resources Round Table at University of California Los Angeles (HAART) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Kim is married and the mother of 2 beautiful girls, ages 6 and 11.
